Innovative model of coaching

 

Phoenix Coaching Solutions has developed an innovative model of coaching to work with people who have experienced mental health or stress related problems.  Resilience Coaching(TM) works with clients who are relatively well to help them build resilience and also achieve aspirational goals.  The model also works well as a preventative intervention if used early enough in the process.  

About the model

 

The model is underpinned by narrative psychology in that we work with clients to change their story.  In doing this, we are able to create a framework that is more helpful to the client. 

 

The resilience model of coaching works on the principle of brain plasticity and the idea that by reframing and repeating positive thoughts and actions, this over time becomes embedded and brings about positive changes in thought patterns and overt behaviours.   

How it is delivered

This model is delivered in a unique way and tailored to the individual.  One size definitely does not fit all, and we navigate this process together. 

 

The common ground is that Phoenix Coaching Solutions has developed a unique signature system: Back to basics with the 5Rs (TM) as a framework to deliver the model. 

 

This is not a linear process and movement between the phases can be bi-directional.
