Stress can creep up on us - it doesn't have to be one big thing, but can be an accumulation of smaller things which can mean that we don't notice the build up of stressors until it is too late.   We experience negative stress when our stressors exceed our perceived ability to cope.  

Work with your coach to understand your triggers, unpick and find solutions to your problems and to achieve optimal performance without feeling overloaded .
