All information given, in writing, over the telephone, on Skype, via IM, video conferencing or in person, is completely confidential and will not be disclosed except under obligations required by law as is stated in full in the coaching agreement. Any such disclosures will be discussed with you beforehand where possible.
Records are stored securely and access is restricted to your coach.
