Phoenix Community Interest Group (CIC)

 

 

Carol Bogg is the founder of Phoenix Community Interest Group.  

 

Carol has a background in contract management of adult social care contracts.  Carol is a coach practitioner and develops coaching models to work with individuals and organisations to achieve goals and improve health and wellbeing.  Carol is an active campaigner and social entrepreneur.

 

 

Jobs4All

Jobs4All is a peer mentor programme to support people who have been disenfranchised and / or distant from the labour market due to chaotic lifestyles and or long term health conditions.  

 

 

Phoenix Community Interest Group (PCIG) is a social enterprise launching in the autumn of 2015.

 

PCIG will be working with the most vulnerable members of our community to empower them through equality and inclusion.

 

Community Mediation

PCIG will work with individuals in the community to resolve neighbourhood disputes.  In particular, members of our community who are vulnerable will be supported to resolve difficult situations with neighbours.  

Advocacy support
Community warrior

PCIG will provide access to advocacy support.  Where the issue requires specialist knowledge individuals will be signposted to the most appropriate service.  

PCIG is a commentator on issues that impact negatively on members of the public, particularly vulnerable members of the community.
